Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

2pm to 9pm unless prearranged with management, early check ins cannot be guaranteed

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

All reservations require a credit card to secure the booking and charges are processed on arrival, we do not except cash bookings unless with a cc guarantee

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

The property has an onsite manager, all after hour check ins require pre arrangement

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Checkout is 10.00am, late checkouts cannot be guaranteed

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

We do not charge a deposit on rack rate bookings, though we have a 24hr cancellation policy, if cancelled after this time full charges for the first night apply, some rates are discounted and will require full payment on booking

Q: What are the reception hours?

Reception hours are 7am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 8pm on sat and Sunday

Q: Can I book tours tickets with you?

Not directly but we can assist you with any local operators or the tourist bureau

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours before arrival, this would be prior to 2pm the previous day of arrival, if booked for more than one day the cancellation policy only charges to the first night of stay

Wifi access is free and available throughout the property, you will be given a unique password on your arrival and we also offer an internet kiosk in reception

Each room has car parking directly to their room; we also have coach and truck parking, disability parking and some additional parking

As a four star property all rooms are fitted with triple hygienic sheeting

All rooms are serviced daily

OUR SALT WATER POOL IS NOT HEATED
